FORM by Anthem Properties is an 11-storey concrete residential building at 1558 West 6th Avenue in Vancouver’s South Granville neighbourhood. Designed by the award-winning Office of McFarlane Biggar Architects + Designers (OMB), it offers 40 condominiums and 10 townhomes in a range from one to three-bedroom layouts. FORM is one of the last presale buildings to come to market in the Fairview–South Granville area before the city’s rezoning landscape shifted under the Broadway Plan.
